You are welcome. Actually you have an Android phone so installation can’t be done remotely, physical access required to install spyware. You can check the file manager and download folder of your phone to find whether spyware installed or not. If you find any strange folder ( which may be spyware ) then delete that folder. But we recommend you to reset your cell phone to avoid any risk of spying. After reset, also change the password of Google account.
